Sales terms
Version 1.0 — Effective May 24, 2026.
1. Scope
These Sales Terms govern commercial relations between V-Softs (publisher) / ACME SAS (distributor) and the FrozenSpam service subscriber.
2. Pricing

Prices exclude VAT, excluding French 20% VAT (except European reverse charge outside France).
3. €1 first month
First month at €1 symbolic. 15-day full refund window from initial payment date. From D+30 onward, the subscriber is charged at the chosen plan's normal rate. Cancelable anytime in two clicks. On cancellation, no further debits; data purged within 30 days.
4. Payment terms
Monthly automatic debit on credit card or SEPA direct debit. Invoice issued by ACME SAS and downloadable from the dashboard.
5. Commitment
No duration commitment. Monthly subscription cancelable in two clicks from the dashboard, immediate effect, no notice.
6. Cancellation
The subscriber can cancel at any time. Immediate effect on billing: no further debit. The service remains active through the end of the already-paid month.
7. Right of withdrawal
Per law, a 14-day withdrawal period applies to individuals. Professionals (B2B) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
8. Warranties
FrozenSpam guarantees proper service operation per SLA commitments (99.9% monthly availability). In case of breach, service credit pro rata.
9. Liability limitation
The publisher's liability is limited to the amount of services invoiced over the past 12 months. No indirect damage (loss of business, loss of opportunity, data loss) is covered beyond this limit.
10. Disputes
In case of dispute, prior amicable resolution attempt. Failing that, jurisdiction of French courts, French law applicable.
