Terms of use

Version 1.0 — Effective May 24, 2026.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the frozenspam.com site and the FrozenSpam anti-spam service published by V-Softs.

2. Acceptance

Any use of the service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and the privacy policy.

3. Definitions

  • Service: the FrozenSpam anti-spam gateway, accessible via MX configuration and dashboard app.frozenspam.com.
  • User: any individual or entity using the Service.
  • Start offer: €1 first-month at startup, 15-day full-refund window, no commitment.

4. Access conditions

Pilot access requires a valid email domain of which the User is a legitimate owner or authorized administrator. The User warrants the accuracy of information provided.

5. User obligations

  • Not to use the Service for illegal purposes (spam, phishing, etc.).
  • Not to attempt to access other tenants' data.
  • Not to disrupt Service operation (denial of service, voluntary overload).
  • To maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

6. Service commitment

FrozenSpam commits to 99.9% availability on monthly average. In case of proven breach, a service credit is applied pro rata. See detailed SLA (forthcoming).

7. Liability limitation

FrozenSpam cannot be held liable for mail loss caused by service dysfunction beyond the SLA credit provided. No warranty is provided on final deliverability by the downstream MTA (client).

8. Termination

User can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Immediate effect, no notice. Data purged 30 days after cancellation.

9. Terms modification

FrozenSpam reserves the right to modify these Terms. Substantial modification is notified by email with 30 days' notice.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
